How To Use AliExpress Coupon Codes

Coupons can be found a few ways:

• through an email you receive from Aliexpress
• on the home page
• and right on the merchants product page

By clicking on the coupon you will have the chance to add the coupon to your account. Some coupons come out in advance and are only valid during a certain time frame.

1. Once you know that your coupon is valid, you can go to the home page of your account and look down the options on the left hand side of the page.
2. There you will find a section called “My Coupons”. This is also where you will see any saved coupons you may have.
3. On this page you will see your coupons separated by Aliexpress coupons and Seller coupon.
4. Select the coupon from sellers by clicking on the link to their page which is next to the coupon, and then select the product you want.
5. Directly under where you select the product, you will see a drop down menu for the seller coupons.
6. You select the one you want and it is applied.

Refund Policy

• With so many different merchants selling a variety of products, Aliexpress usually allows the merchants to come up with their own policy.
• This will require you to read each merchants policy to understand what it is. To find each merchant’s individual return policy, you will go to the item you are interested in buying, scroll down the page until you see the product description.
• Along the same bar as the product description, you will a button that says “Seller Guarantees” This is where you will be able to see their policy’s and their commitments to customer service after the product is sold.
• If you have any issues with using a return policy and are not able to come to an agreement with the store, Aliexpress will step in when asked to solve the issue.
