How it Works

You first sign up for your account on the FreshDirect website, www.freshdirect.com. Another option is for you to download FreshDirect’s mobile-based App from Google Play or App Store and use it to make orders. If you want to order, you click on the menu bar, and select “Shop” and choose your favorite groceries or meals from the categories shown.

When you have completed your order, you click on the shopping cart displayed on the top right corner of your screen. Here you will see the total cost. Payments methods accepted by FreshDirect are credit and debit cards. Deliveries will be made the next day to the address you provided.

You or a person authorized by you should be present at your selected address/ location to receive your ordered food. If for any reason there is no one to receive your order, it can be delivered to you at a later time but you may incur a redelivery fee of $4.99. Remember to check order timeslots and note that you should place your order before the cutoff times. Minimum order requirement may apply to ensure you satisfy the requirement for a successful purchase.

How to Use FreshDirect Coupon

Promotional offers and discounts are shown on “Fresh Deals” option under the “Shop” menu. The deals are valid for a limited time period specified on the “find coupon” next to the item. After shopping the items eligible for coupon offers, click on the shopping cart and there you will find a space that directs you to enter a promotional code or coupon code. After entering the code, click or tab on “apply” shown to the right-hand side of the code you’ve just entered.

Only one coupon code can be used in a single order and you cannot reuse a coupon code that you have already used.

Return/ Refund Policy

If products you ordered do not meet your satisfaction, you should contact FreshDirect customer service through service@freshdirect.com. Just make sure you communicate the same within seven days from delivery date or before expiry date in the case of perishable products. But for frozen products, you have up to 21 days to report your dissatisfaction to FreshDirect. You may be required to return the items through the delivery crew on their next delivery.

You will be given a substitution or alternatively, your account credited. The credit refund does not include, taxes and other fees.

If you cancel your order beyond the cutoff time, you will be charged a restocking equivalent to 100% of the cost of perishable products and 25% the cost of other items.

Should you wish to return empty bottles or cans to redeem your deposit, take them to a nearby redemption center.
