LOOT CRATE’S RETURN POLICY
Loot Crate refunds for returns are limited to the price of the product only. This is because it does not include the cost of handling and shipping the product to its customers at the time of purchase. The reason for this is any products purchased from their website are shipped and delivered by a third party carrier service. Loot Crate therefore has a 30 day return policy after the shipment of the products has been made.
