About Parts Geek

Parts Geek is a discount auto parts and accessories company based in the USA who have been trading online since 2008. They stock over 10 million auto parts – from air filters to wiper blades and everything in between – for a wide variety of vehicle makes, models and production years, and offer a whopping 80% off product list prices – and that is without the use of a coupon! Parts Geek is based in Marlton, New Jersey, but they do not offer a walk-in service. All orders must be placed either online or by phone, and they are shipped from one of their many warehouses situated throughout the United States.

How to Use a Coupon

Using a coupon on the Parts Geek website is incredibly easy. Simply enter the make, model and year for your vehicle, select the parts you wish to purchase and head to the checkout. Next to the total price for your parts, there is a blue link which says “Enter coupon code”. Just click this link, enter your code and click apply. The code will automatically be applied and deduct the discount from your total.

How to Get in Touch with Parts Geek

Parts Geek pride themselves on providing the best customer service on the internet. Their customer service team is 100% based in the United States and they can be reached at 1-800-541-9352 for all orders. They are open between 9:30am and 6:00pm EST, Monday to Friday. Parts Geek also have a Facebook and Twitter page where you can contact them with any queries. Links to both of these pages can be found on their website.

The Parts Geek website has a dedicated section for managing your order. All you need to do is enter your email address and order number, and from here you can track your order within two to three business days from the date of order placement. If you have lost your order number, you can enter your email address into a separate section and an email containing a list of your recent orders and order numbers will be sent to you.

As with most websites nowadays, the Parts Geek website features a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) section. If, however, you still cannot find the answer to your query, there is a form you can fill out to open a support ticket. Once your support ticket has been logged, a member of their dedicated Customer Service team will get in touch with you.

What is Parts Geek’s Refund Policy?

Unfortunately, you cannot cancel or change your order once it has been placed, as Parts Geek begin processing your order as soon as it is submitted. They do, however, have a 30 day returns policy on all parts except electrical or electronic parts where the packaging has been opened or the part has been plugged in. This is because these parts are very easy to damage if they have been improperly fitted, tested or fitted to a vehicle which they were not designed for.

All parts must be returned with a valid Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. This number can be obtained through the Manage My Order section on their website, or by opening a support ticket with Customer Service. The RMA number along with complete return instructions will then be emailed to you. Most RMA numbers will be sent to you within two to four business days, however if you have not received one after five business days, you should contact Parts Geek as there may be an issue with your return. It is important to note that returns will not be accepted if a valid RMA number is not included.

If you wish to return more than one part, it is possible you will receive more than one RMA number. It is crucial to ensure each part is returned to the correct location and with the correct RMA number, as any parts which are returned to the wrong location will either not be credited or will be significantly delayed.

Important Things to Consider When Returning Parts

  • Do not write your RMA number on the packaging your parts came in, as the part will no longer be considered resalable and will not be credited
  • Parts Geek do not offer returns shipping reimbursement, regardless of who is at fault
  • It is recommended to ship your return with a carrier that offers tracking and insurance in case of any loss or damage
  • Make sure all the parts you wish to return are included on your RMA email – any parts returned without an RMA number will not be credited
